Shipped qyuickly and was as better than I thought. Used it on top of pie crust and it was great. Will buy again.

Made the pearl sugar cinnamon roll recipe from your website with the pearl sugar and yeast that I ordered last month. The rolls turned out great. Also made Liege waffles from a different recipe source with the pearl sugar and yeast, but that needs some improvement.

Sugar arrived quickly and I used it in making the most wonderful Liege waffles! I too was worried that the pearls might be too big, but they melted beautifully without burning. They were a hit with the family and I will definitely be using these again when I run out. P.S. If you're having trouble cleaning your waffle iron, I followed advice to pour water on the iron and let it heat up and then pour off the water. It took two times, but the hot water dissolved the sugar easily.

The Belgian pearl sugar arrived quickly and has enough in it for a number of recipes. I finally used it for making Liege waffles and they were delicious! Even though they are large pieces they melted within the waffles. The sugar made the waffles sweet and I was glad they did not burn; was a bit of a chore to clean the waffle iron though. I look forward to trying them in a different Liege waffle recipe that doesn't take quite as long as the first one and also I want to try the Pearl Sugar Cinnamon Rolls.
