If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to WafflePantry.com within 14 days of purchase date subject to conditions below. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of product.
Refunds & Credits
All refunds and credits require a prior claim request by the customer and an approval by WafflePantry.com. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. There will be no refund issued on shipping cost. The customer takes full responsibility of the return shipping cost. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account.
Important: Products of special order, including all of our Krampouz brand waffle makers will need to be returned directly to the Manufacturer. The manufacturer requires a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. Once the manufacturer receives and inspects the product we will credit your account. All other refund and credit rules mentioned above apply.
All exchanges require a prior claim request by the customer and an approval by WafflePantry.com. If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed. The customer takes full responsibility of the exchange shipping cost.
Important: Products of special order, including all of our Krampouz brand waffle makers and waffle tool kits will need to be returned directly to the Manufacturer for exchange (including deffective items). Once the manufacturer receives and approves the item, the product will be exchanged. If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 14-30 business days for the replacement to be processed. All other exchange rules mentioned above apply.
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Waffle Pantry reserves the right to refuse the return.
- All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition (unopened & unused), and must include all packing material.
- WafflePantry is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any product bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
No Return/Exchange on the following:
- All consumable
- Non-consumable items once unwrapped (except the exchange of defective appliances).
- Waffle Pantry coupons are redeemable for our products only and may not be redeemed for cash.
