I love this yeast, always get good results with it, & often give it as a gift to family members who bake bread. I only buy it from Waffle Pantry, b/c I appreciate the quick shipping. I do wish the blocks I received were not already 9 mos to a year into their 2-year "use by" date (from manufacture). But I guess it's luck of the draw as to when they get it & when I order. I bake bread a couple of time per week, but I'm literally finishing the last of my current block within days of it's exp date.
This is the perfect yeast for home bread baking and I'd never buy it from anyone but Waffle Pantry. Always fresh as can be, and active to the very last grain. You can rely on Waffle Pantry to provide the best supplies and service!
