Waffle Pantry welcomes qualified retailers, specialty food suppliers, and distributors interested in bringing our products to their customers.

Partner Options

• Authorized Resellers: Purchase products at wholesale pricing for resale directly to customers through approved sales channels.

• Authorized Distributors: Purchase in larger volumes to supply approved retailers and foodservice accounts within an agreed territory.

Program Benefits

Approved partners receive wholesale pricing, volume-based purchasing opportunities, product information, and approved brand materials. Pricing and availability are confirmed individually based on product selection, order volume, and account approval.

Eligibility

Applicants must provide their legal business name, contact information, business address, applicable resale documentation, intended sales channels, and estimated purchasing volume. Participation requires written approval from Waffle Pantry.

Ordering & Payment

Minimum order quantities, pricing, freight charges, and payment terms will be provided in each partner’s written account terms or quotation. Orders require payment before shipment unless credit terms are approved in writing. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Sales Channels & Territory

Authorization is nonexclusive unless otherwise agreed in writing. Partners may sell only through approved channels and within their approved territory. Third-party marketplaces, international sales, and appointment of additional distributors require prior written approval. Partners independently determine their resale prices.

Brand & Product Standards

Partners must use approved product descriptions and brand assets, present products accurately, and follow labeled storage and handling instructions. Products must retain their original packaging, labels, lot codes, and expiration information unless otherwise approved in writing. Partners must cooperate with product traceability requests and recalls.

Returns & Claims

Shipping damage, shortages, and product concerns must be reported promptly with order details and supporting photos. Returns require prior authorization and are subject to the applicable written return policy. Product defect and recall matters will be handled separately as appropriate.

Account Status

Waffle Pantry may suspend or terminate participation for nonpayment, unauthorized sales, product mishandling, or misuse of its brand. Upon termination, partners must stop representing themselves as authorized partners. Remaining inventory will be addressed in writing.
