The product is good however, 3.5 cups of mix does not weigh 16 oz. Ignore the cups measurement and weigh the mix. Secondly, I think it's better to proof the yeast before you put it in. The mix is good the recipe isn't terribly clear.

This waffle mix is amazing. You definitely need to try it with the Belgium pearl sugar, you won't be disappointed. It's so easy and cooks perfectly. Clean up was so much easier then I thought. No caramelized sugars stuck to my iron. I will be ordering more soon

My first batch of this mix made delicious waffles!!! I’m excited to have a convenient way to make these often. I don’t see a way to order just the mix without the yeast and sugar....except for the 50+ pound bag. I’d rather have he smaller bag option.
