Package was shipped the same day it was ordered and arrived in perfect condition. The customer service at Waffle Pantry was excellent and they were helpful in facilitating my purchase especially since I was shipping outside of the US. The package contained all the products I ordered and seem to be of top quality. The pearl sugar looks amazing, cant wait to try it. Excited about using this waffle iron especially since I can change the hot plates if I want to. Would definitely purchase more products with Waffle Pantry.
