Was so excited to receive the order of “Leige Waffle Essentials” that I was unable to obtain locally. I followed the Waffle Pantry recipe for the waffles with perfect results!

I have a gluten sensitivity and was wondering if the French flours would bother me. I have used your flours with great success. Love that I can go back to baking again with your flours. Thank you!
