I am beyond excited to have received the pearl sugar! I have a large bake to do for Saturday and I am so happy that the bag came quickly! Will definitely be ordering again! Great customer service and great quality ingredient. As a baker I strive to source my materials from non-GMO, natural producers! THank you!

The pearl sugar are wonderful. It really brings out the flavor for the liege waffles. The texture is crispy n sugary.

I am thrilled with this product! I use this sugar for liege waffles and I could not be happier with it! The sugar pearls are perfect size and give that wonderful crispy sugary coating with the soft center of the traditional liege waffle. Also, the customer service and follow up on my order was outstanding! I will absolutely be reordering!
