I ordered this yeast online and it arrived from across the country within a week, which is exceptional! It's nearly impossible to find yeast in supermarkets these days, so this Waffle Pantry purchase was a life saver. I bake a lot of bread and the package of yeast I bought from Waffle Pantry should last me a while. I worked at a bakery where we used SAF Red Label Yeast to make our high-hydration breads, so I knew exactly what I was looking for when I purchased this.
