With social distancing and so much stay-at-home, I began baking again. I went and bought packet yeast that left me with flat bread and disappointment. I found y'all's website and did some research on SAF yeast. Needless to say, my bread turned out fluffy and beautiful!! It was a great price and delivered well within promised timelines.
