This was my first purchase from Waffle Pantry. I called them first to make sure their website was up to date. They were friendly and verified the dry yeast I wanted to buy was available.
The yeast showed up in a few days and I used it in an egg bread recipe and the bread turned out great.
Since finding dry yeast is difficult to do these days, I'd highly recommend buying this 1 pound package. It is a lot of yeast compared to the 1/4 ounce packets the grocery stores sell, but you can share it with family/friends who live near you.
