Was gld that this shipped quickly, but my yeast seems to be half as active as other brands. I have made several loaves of bread and some waffles with it, and am wondering if I received a damaged batch...

Excellent product--COVID-19 caused me to seek an alternative to Red-Star, since there was none in the stores. First time I have used instant yeast--very good results. Nice not to proof yeast; flavor is excellent. Cut the amount of yeast to 1/2 tsp to loaf for my second batch. Will cut to 1/4 tsp for a slower rise for my third. More importantly is the service. I found Waffle Pantry online when I couldn't get product in the stores or at other online dealers. Website had good information. Purchase was easy. Shipping time was excellent. I will shop here again.
