Used this yeast after having to order it from Waffle Pantry since every local grocery store I visited this April and May 2020 were out of yeast. Made pizza using the Cuisinart stand mixer recipe. Seems this yeast works well enough. Now...what else shall I bake with this pound of yeast. Definitely will make Liege Waffles as these are to die for. I had them in Belgium and got hooked. Unfortunately, the one pound of yeast will go bad before I use even 1/8th of it home baking. Trying to keep it fresh in an air-tight container. Oh well...Thank God Waffle Pantry had it in stock for me.

Used it for the Liege waffles. OMG so good. Yeast worked great. PS the yeast arrived In under 3 business days from the order time, from California to Midwest. Thank you for the excellent service.

I could not get yeast of any kind in the super markets, so I ordered this and it got here quickly. I have used it three times and it rises the bread more evenly and consistently than any yeast I have used before. The bread is not under-risen or over-risen, just perfect!
