This sugar is pretty cool! Like little rocks of white sugar. I used it in my waffles and it melted nicely. Now I need to find other things to use it with, as I bought two bags.

Made the pearl sugar cinnamon roll recipe from your website with the pearl sugar and yeast that I ordered last month. The rolls turned out great. Also made Liege waffles from a different recipe source with the pearl sugar and yeast, but that needs some improvement.
