YES this is the sugar I have been looking for! I purchased a different brand that would not melt previously. These make the perfect waffles (check out their recipe - easy and so delicious). Highly recommended! Thanks Waffle Pantry!

Enfin!! I have been looking for this sugar for years. I can now bake some coquilles and waffles for my children. Just the way I remember it from growing up in the North of France. Thank you. Service was impeccable and price is fair.

I was the 'victim' of Liege Waffles in Reno Nevada in September 2015 - they melted in my mouth. I have been looking for the sugar pearls and when I found them on this website - I ordered and they sent them immediately. I can hardly wait to try them...
