After days of searching I was thrilled to FINALLY find some yeast! It is almost impossible to get even small packets of yeast these days. When I found this sight I thought it was too good to be true. The package arrived super quick! It is vacuum packed and in perfect condition. I opened one packet yesterday to try and make my own hamburger buns. The yeast is perfect, the dough doubled in size twice and the rolls were amazing. I'm keeping my yeast in the freezer to get maximum life from it. Thank you so much Waffle Pantry for making it easier to deal with this pandemic. Because of this product I do not have to make weekly trips to the store to buy bread, rolls, etc.!
