I LOVE my waffle maker! I've been making Belgian waffles for years (the kind with pearl sugar, not the kind with pancake batter and just cooked in a waffle iron with big squares), and my old waffle iron was such a pain to use. I decided to splurge and buy this one because I had read so many good things about it, and it was worth every penny! My waffles cooked better than ever before, and the clean up was super easy. My only regret is that I didn't just buy this one in the first place.

Great machine, easy to use, easy to clean! My waffles came out looking beautifully golden!

The unit worked great! Cooked two at a time at 375 degrees. Only issue was build up of melted sugar after second batch, so I called Waffle Pantry. Quick answer: use damp microfiber cloth to wipe excess sugar from grooves after each waffle. Again, waffle maker worked great with the Waffle Pantry mix kit.
