Couldn't find yeast anywhere or even any brand. You people are some of my new heroes. Purchased two 1# packages of this yeast. The very fresh packs I received in a matter of only a few days were dated good through 12/21.I was lucky enough to find the only yeast I've used for quite a few years. One was for me and one as a gift for a new friend that I'm teaching to make breads. Always have excellent results with anything I bake using it, which is a lot. We don't buy very much of anything in baked goods because I make a large variety of breads, rolls, pizza dough as well as pastries, cakes and pies.I believe this is the best yeast out there and Waffle Pantry has some of the best service out there.

After searching and searching to find yeast, my husband came across your website and I was able to purchase some. I have used it a couple of times now and I have to say that I won’t be going back to the small packets. Very easy to use.
