My boyfriend spent a good portion of his childhood living in Belgium, and has been whining for years that US Belgian waffles are NOTHING like true Belgian Street Waffles! So this year, for his birthday, the children and I made TRUE Belgian Street Waffles as part of his breakfast in bed. And, you know, you can't have Belgian Street Waffles without Belgian pearl sugar! Waffle Pantry, I must thank you for this fabulous sugar which successfully made our Belgian Street Waffles perfect!

Exactly what I was looking for. Small size is the best for Liege Waffle. Made some last week and it was perfect. FYI - You do not need a professional waffle iron to make Liege waffles. Will be ordering more sugar soon. Thank you! Boris
