Look no further - this is the mix! The most simple recipe for churning out high value, great tasting waffles. Customer service cannot be matched, they answer the phone within 2 rings and email back within minutes it seems. I am utterly impressed.

First off I am a Liege waffle fanatic so I decided to open a Liege Waffle food truck! This mix is as close to the waffle I would drive 2 hours for! Customer service is excellent! Thanks for keeping me supplied! Shipping is costly but fast.

upon arrival of the 55lb mix and the yeast and pearl sugar I decided to build the first batch for personal tasting and I was very pleasantly surprised, after putting the Liege waffles together from scratch for two years, and also trying several different areas of supply of the waffle dough and mixes but none of these came close enough for our from scratch liege waffle business, until now! Thanks to the Waffle Pantry team for supplying a superior product that produces a fantastic waffle experience for my customers at WOW Waffles here in Santa Rosa Calif.
