We're about two months in with our new waffle iron and it has been a game changer for us. Previously, we had gone through 5 different waffle irons claiming to be commercial grade. We are so happy with the purchase. It's easy to clean, waffles don't stick (if you follow the directions), and the crispy outside/soft inside has our customers commenting all the time. Is the Krampouz more expensive than a Waring or Waffle King? Only if you consider the upfront cost. The one-time cost of this machine versus replacing and fighting with the waring or waffle king brands is actually a much better deal. Not to mention the product loss is way less.
