I thought refrigeration after rise was necessary in order to slow respiration of yeast? I chill mine at least 30 minutes. Sometimes overnight, which allows wonderful flavor to develop.

I really love the Liege Belgian waffle but it's very hard to find the real good recipe. I've been trying different recipes from different websites and can't really find the original taste in one.
This recipe looks like one recipe I have tried and it was good. But without the cinnamon
will try this recipe soon and see how good it is.
