3-Ingredient Belgian Caipirinha Recipe

A delicious way to get your dose of Vitamin C!

Summer is quickly approaching and nothing is more refreshing than a frosty cocktail after a long, hot day. We’re excited to share our first ever cocktail recipe that’ll do just thatthe 3-Ingredient Belgian Caipirinha.

Have you tried the Caipirinha before? It is Brazil’s national cocktail and has an exquisite, citrusy flavor. The Caipirinha is made with cachaça, a distilled Brazilian spirit made from fresh sugar cane juice. We made it our own by adding Belgian sugar pearls. The Belgian pearl sugar gives the drink a delicate, pure sweetness. Let this easy cocktail become your go-to drink this summer! Tip: Select a high quality or artisanal cachaça for the best results! Cheers!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a large glass, squeeze and drop in a few wedges of lime.
  2. Add crushed pearl sugar to the glass. You can also place Belgian sugar pearls into the glass and muddle everything together. If you don’t have a muddler, try the handle of a wooden spoon.
  3. Pour in cachaça and add a handful of ice. Stir well. Sit back and enjoy! What’s your favorite summer cocktail?
